With the said appointments, sometimes taking good care of yourself is a challenge. To help you out in this matter, the year-based guide presented here can make your beauty regime a lot easier to accomplish.
Timeless Beauty
January
Check if your facial moisturizer contains sunscreen protection. If it doesn't have SPF content of at least 15, then time to consider changing your beauty product and look for a replacement that can protect your skin better.

February
Set an appointment with your dermatologist who can do skin cancer scan, all over your body, for you. Any time of the year is fine, but if you've been diagnose before with such skin problem then a six-month follow-up is necessary.

March
Get a full-body massage to soothe and relax your body from the sometimes stressful life of doing thesis editing as a college student. In addition, it will help you on improving your body posture more.

April
Get a new hairstyle. For this summer season, shorter hair is highly recommended. For hair maintenance, make it appoint to have a regular trim within six to eight weeks.

May
Schedule a bikini wax. Its process hurt but the result last longer than any other method, plus it's not that expensive.

June
Feet is the most used and most tired part of our body, pampering it this month is a very good idea. Groom your feet with a foot scrub and a mix of classic and modern nail polish.

July
Deep condition your hair. Moisturize your hair by putting a mask into your wet hair. Once done, cover it with warm towel and wait for about 20-minute before you rinse it with cool water.

August
Visit your dentist and get a teeth treatment for a brighter smile after the check-up. Do this at least once every six months.

September
Change your lipstick into a richer shade. Research shows that deep and warm colors look better in cool weather because your facial skin tends to get paler and you tend to wear darker shade of clothes.

October
Remember to keep your skin moisturized. When you shower using hot water, it can cause your skin to dry out. To address this, exfoliate your skin with hydrating scrub then apply moisturizer.

November
Re-check the shade of your concealer. Be aware that as your skin gets a touch of color, there is a need for a one-shade darker concealer.

December
This is the right time to clean your make-up pouch. Toss out a six-month old mascara, foundations, concealers and a one-year old lipstick, or anything that already have unpleasant smell.
